Teaching and Tutoring

Whether you're 7 or 107, language learning should feel meaningful and empowering. My aim is for every student to leave my class feeling able and inspired.

I offer tailored, one-to-one and small group classes in English and French, supporting learners of all ages and backgrounds to develop their comprehension, speaking confidence and fluency.

Whether you or your child are preparing for an exam or upcoming presentation, settling in a new country, or learning purely for fun, I will quickly grasp your individual language profile and support you to make progress with clarity and care.

What I Offer

🗣️ English as a Second or Additional Language (ESOL/EAL)
For children, young people and adults - from early literacy to advanced academic and social communication. I support learners to develop skills and knowledge in speaking, listening, vocabulary, grammar, phonics, reading and writing, always with cultural and practical relevance in mind.

💼 Business English
I offer classes in an initial 8 or 12 week course package, designed around your individual needs to help you reach your goals. With my support, my Business English students develop clarity and confidence in their professional communication - whether drafting difficult communications, preparing presentations or navigating the small talk at the start of meetings in English.

🇫🇷 French
I offer specialist tutoring for UK GCSE and A-level learners (Edexcel and AQA), as well as adult learners preparing for travel or personal interest. I usually focus on spoken fluency, grammar, exam technique and cultural depth but can tailor sessions to your specific needs.
